Part One: Expanding Horizons

I was disappointed that the World Forum Foundation was unavailable, so I plan on going back to that in the future. I was pleased to read about The Global Fund for Children, however.


I find it so fascinating that they actually travel to grassroots projects around the world in communities in need. They help with funding and they provide business know-how to help the local organizations stay alive and flourish. Not only all this! But they are so culturally sensitive and aware, that they make a commitment to upholding what the communities see fit for the welfare of their children and way of life, and truly act like the good Samaritans they are, coming in, providing resources and support, and gracefully leaving the organizations to thrive. I am amazed!
